Payments made through bizautoflow.com may be processed via Xendit, our authorized payment collection partner. A convenience fee may apply to online transactions processed through Xendit. The applicable convenience fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the convenience fee charged. BizAutoFlow by Arnel Malabayabas does not retain the convenience fee — it is collected by Xendit as the payment processor. Manual payments via GCash (09253638777, Arnel Malabayabas) are also accepted and are not subject to a convenience fee.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

6. No Earnings Guarantee

BizAutoFlow is a tool — results depend on the effort, strategy, and execution of each user. We make no claims or representation that by using BizAutoFlow you will earn money or make your money back. Testimonials shown are real experiences from paying users. Their results are not typical, and your results will vary based upon your effort, business model, and market conditions.

7. Third-Party Integrations

BizAutoFlow uses Xendit as its authorized online payment collection partner for credit card, GCash (online checkout), Maya, and bank transfer transactions. Xendit is a licensed payment gateway regulated under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Your payment data submitted through Xendit's checkout is handled under Xendit's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. BizAutoFlow by Arnel Malabayabas does not store your card or payment credentials.

8. AI-Generated Content

BizAutoFlow AI Studio generates websites, content, and marketing materials using artificial intelligence. All AI-generated output must be reviewed and approved by the user before publishing or use in any professional, commercial, or public context. BizAutoFlow by Arnel Malabayabas is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or compliance issues in AI-generated content that has not been reviewed by the user.

9. Social Media

BizAutoFlow by Arnel Malabayabas maintains official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Links shared on these accounts may direct you to bizautoflow.com. We are not responsible for the availability, algorithms, reach, or content moderation decisions of any social media platform. Clicking a link from a social media platform to our website means you are leaving that platform and entering a site governed by our own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

10. Paid Advertising
