    Is BizAutoFlow only for real estate?

    While real estate is our core focus, the platform's lead capture, CRM, and automated follow-up tools work effectively for any relationship-driven sales industry.

    Do I need technical skills to use it?

    No technical background or coding skills are required. We use a 'Do-It-With-You' training approach to help you set up templates and workflows step-by-step.

    What does "Do-It-With-You" mean and how is it different from other platforms?

    Instead of handing you a blank software tool or doing it all for you, we guide you hands-on to build your actual real estate systems together. This ensures you understand exactly how to run and manage them.

    Is BizAutoFlow a CRM, a marketing tool, or both?

    BizAutoFlow is a complete business automation platform that combines a centralized CRM with powerful marketing tools like sales funnels, email automation, and appointment scheduling.

    Is there a free plan?

    Yes — our General Business track includes a Free tier with core tools like the website builder, forms, funnels, CRM, and calendar for 1 user and 100 contacts. Real Estate plans start at Broker Pro (₱5,499/month) since they include industry-specific features built for active agents and brokers.

    How much does BizAutoFlow cost?

    BizAutoFlow has two pricing tracks. Real Estate plans start at ₱5,499/month for Broker Pro (about ₱183 a day), up to ₱7,999/month for Realty Marketing Enterprise. General Business plans (for non-real-estate businesses) start completely free, with paid tiers from ₱1,000 to ₱5,000/month as your business grows.     What's included in the Broker Pro Plan?

    Broker Pro (₱5,499/month) is our entry-level Real Estate plan, including 3 Admins / 15 Users, Sales Funnel Builder, CRM, Workflow Automation, Calendar System, Social Media Integration, free hosting, and 2 months of weekly training. If you're not in real estate, our General Business track also has a true Starter plan at ₱1,000/month — see our Pricing page for details.

    What's the difference between the Real Estate and General Business plans?

    Real Estate plans are built specifically for real estate professionals, with industry-specific tools like a Lead Opportunity Tracker and a higher funnel allowance. General Business plans serve any other type of business — pharma distribution, agribusiness, insurance, coaching, and more — using the same core engine, gated by tier from a free plan up to full feature parity.

    Can I upgrade my plan later? What happens to my existing funnels/landing pages?

    Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows. All your existing funnels, landing pages, and contacts will seamlessly transition to your new tier without any data loss.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    We currently accept manual payments via GCash. We are working on adding online payment options via GCash, Maya, cards, and bank transfer in the future.

    Is there a long-term contract, or can I cancel anytime?

    Subscriptions are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. There are no long-term lock-in contracts required.

    Is there a difference in price between members and non-members for training?

    Yes, for our extended training sessions beyond the Free Orientation, members pay ₱150 per session while non-members pay ₱250 per session.

    Does BizAutoFlow have automation?

    Yes, BizAutoFlow features robust automation to instantly follow up with leads via email and Messenger, schedule appointments, and trigger long-term nurture sequences.

    Can I customize my own sales funnels?

    Yes, you can build and customize your own sales funnels and landing pages using our intuitive Funnel Builder and included templates.

    Does it integrate with Facebook Messenger?

    Yes, our plans include a unified inbox that connects two-way Facebook Messenger and email conversations in one centralized place.

    Can I track leads through a sales pipeline?

    Yes, the platform includes a visual sales pipeline and lead opportunity tracker so you can monitor every deal from initial inquiry to closed sale.

    Does it include a mobile app?

    Yes, a mobile app is included in all our current plans, allowing you to manage leads, view your calendar, and communicate with clients on the go.

    Can I generate performance reports per salesperson?

    Yes, the dashboard statistics and reporting features allow you to track the performance of individual agents and your overall sales team.

    Can I send SMS messages to leads, not just email?

    SMS messaging is not currently available on any plan — this is a deliberate platform limitation due to the cost of local Philippine phone numbers. Instead, BizAutoFlow gives you Two-Way Email Conversation and Two-Way Facebook Page Conversation in one unified inbox, which covers direct lead communication without needing SMS.

    Does BizAutoFlow work if I manage a team of agents, not just myself?

    Yes, our plans support multiple admins and users, allowing you to add your sales team, track their individual performance, and route leads to them.

    What if I just want to send a quick message instead of booking a full demo?

    You can use the 'Leave a Message' option inside our chat widget — just share your name, contact info, and a short message, and our team will follow up directly. No need to book a full session for a quick question.

    Is there free training included?

    Yes, we offer a Free Orientation via Zoom to get you started. All paid plans also include extended weekly 'Do-It-With-You' training ranging from 2 to 4 months.

    Is there a community or support group?

    How long does setup take?

    Basic setup can be completed in a few days through our guided training sessions, allowing you to launch your automated lead capture systems quickly.

    Can I see a demo before committing?

    Yes, you can book a free Zoom demo to see the platform in action and experience the automated workflows exactly as your clients will.

    Can I chat with someone before deciding?

    Yes — look for our chat assistant, BizO, in the corner of any page. BizO can answer questions about pricing, features, and how everything works, and can point you toward a free demo or orientation session if you'd like more guided help.

    Is BizAutoFlow built specifically for the Philippine market?

    Yes, it is tailored for the Philippines with local pricing in pesos, training conducted in Taglish, and support that understands local sales dynamics.

    Can BizAutoFlow handle Taglish or Filipino-language communication with leads?

    Yes, you have full control over your messaging templates and automated follow-ups, so you can write them in Taglish, Filipino, or English.

    Do you offer support if something isn't working?

    Yes, we provide dedicated local support to help you troubleshoot issues and ensure your automation workflows run smoothly.

    What happens to my data and contacts if I cancel my subscription?

    When you cancel, your account is paused — not deleted — for 30 days. During this grace period, you can export your contacts at any time via CSV, or reactivate to resume full access with nothing lost. If no action is taken within 30 days, your data is permanently deleted, so we recommend exporting a copy if you don't plan to reactivate.

    Can I migrate my existing contact list from another CRM or spreadsheet?

    Yes, you can easily import your existing contacts via CSV file directly into the BizAutoFlow CRM to keep all your leads in one place.
